"Products" refers to all items available for purchase on our platform. "Services" refers to the overall functionality and features provided by the VIEZO Global platform.

To make purchases, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. VIEZO Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Product Information & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content on the site are error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the order.
5. Orders & Payment
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total order amount (including taxes, shipping, and applicable fees) to your chosen payment method.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the VIEZO Global website — including logos, text, images, graphics, software, and design — is the property of Viezo Global and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIEZO Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
